28 | oz | Tomato sauce |

INSTRUCTIONS
Fry the sausage. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer gently 10 minutes. Pour over pizza base. Top with cheese and any extra toppings. Bake in a very hot oven. Makes enough for 2 pizzas. Freezes well. The sauce can be used as a quick starting point for several dishes such as sloppy joes.
