Bulk hot pork sausage |
INSTRUCTIONS
Pop frozen pie crust out of foil pan and place upside down on a sheet of
waxed paper to thaw, about 10 minutes. Flatten thawed pie crust by gently
pressing down. Spread sausage evenly on top of the crust to 1/2 inch from
edge. Begin at one end and roll up pie crust jellyroll style. Cut off
excess crust 1/2 inch from each end. Slice roll into 1/2 inch slices.
Arrange slices with cut edge flat on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F for 15
to 20 minutes, until crust is browned. Serve warm. Makes about 12 pinwheel
appetizers.
