INGREDIENTS

| 4 | Cube steaks | |
| 1 | tb | Dry mustard |
| 3 | tb | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/2 | ts | Pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine dry ingredients, then spread on both sides of meat. Let stand for 10 minutes. In large skillet melt 1/4 cup of hot butter. Add steaks. Saute until brown, about 3 minutes.
