INSTRUCTIONS
Wash asparagus and cut diagonally about 2 inches long and 1/4 inch thick.
Heat oil, brown onion a little; add asparagus cooking over a high heat
until its color turns bright green. Mix soy sauce, sugar, powdered beef
broth and sherry together; add to asparagus, and thicken with cornstarch
mixture. This same recipe can be used substituting broccoli, mushrooms or
string beans for the asparagus. Enjoy
