INGREDIENTS

1 lb Mushroom caps
1/4 c Butter
1/2 c White wine
3 tb Worcestershire
3 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Minced onion
1/2 ts Oregano
Few sprinkles each: garlic salt; rosemary and chopped parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

Wipe mushrooms with damp paper towel. Saute 3 minutes in butter. Add
remaining ingredients. Simmer gently about 15 minutes.
