NOTES : This aromatic sauce is superb with grilled chops, or with roast
chicken, and makes a lovely coating for lightly cooked cauliflower or
steamed courgettes. It also makes a light, creamy sauce for pasta, with a
bowl of grated cheese to pass around. This quantity makes 450ml (3/4 pint).
