INGREDIENTS

1 T Grated onion
3 Egg yolks -lightly beaten
1 ds Pepper
1/2 lb Ground beef
1 t Lemon juice
1/2 t Salt
1 T Minced parsley
3 Egg whites, stiffly beaten

INSTRUCTIONS

Drop by spoonfulls onto greased hot frypan or griddle.  When puffed
and brown, turn and brown other side.  Serve at once wirh Mushroom
sauce or tomato sauce - approx. 6 serv.  Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest
