INGREDIENTS

2 tb Olive oil
1 ts Worcestershire sauce
1/4 ts Lemon juice
1 Clove garlic — minced
1 sm Onion — sliced
1 c Mushrooms — sliced
1 lb Turkey — ground/cooked
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil in a large skillet.  Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice,
garlic, onion, and mushrooms; cook and stir over medium heat 2 minutes.
Remove from heat.  Mix meat, salt, and pepper.  Shape mixture into 4
patties, about 3/4" thick.  Push mushroom-onion mixture to side of skillet.
Cook patties in same skillet over medium-high heat, about 10 minutes,
turning once, to desired doneness.  Serve mushroom-onion mixture over
patties.
