INGREDIENTS

2 c Large dry lima beans
6 c Water
1 Onion — chopped
1 Clove garlic — minced
1 tb Prepared mustard
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Chili powder
10 1/2 oz Can condensed tomato soup
2 tb Vinegar
2 tb Brown sugar
1/4 lb Salt pork — cut up

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak beans in water overnight.  Pour into slow-cooking pot.  Cover and cook
on high for 2 hours.  Drain.  Combine onion, garlic, mustard,
Worcestershire sauce, salt, chili powder, tomato soup, vinegar, and sugar.
Mix with beans in slow-cooking pot.  Top with pork.  Cover and cook on low
for 9 to 11 hours.
