INGREDIENTS

Four 10-inch skewers
One 1-pound beef flank steak; cut across the
; grain into thin
; strips
1 lb Sea scallops
2 tb Teriyaki sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes. Preheat the
grill to high heat. Alternately thread 2 strips of steak and 4 scallops
onto each skewer. Brush completely with the teriyaki sauce and grill for 4
to 5 minutes per side, or until the steak is cooked to desired doneness and
the scallops are cooked through. Serve immediately.
