INGREDIENTS

Outer stalks of celery
Tomatoes, canned or fresh
1 t Chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
2 T Grated cheese
Bread crumbs or cracker
crumbs
Melted butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Thoroughly wash celery and cut into half-inch lengths. butter a baking
dish; put in a layer of celery, then a layer of tomatoes. Season with
onion, salt and pepper. Repeat, sprinkle with cheese. Cover with
crumbs moistened with butter. Bake in hot oven until browned. Posted
