INGREDIENTS

1 pt Oysters, drained
1/2 ts Pepper
1/2 ts Salt
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
1 tb Grated onion
1/2 c Cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
4 tb Butter
1/2 c Heavy cream

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F.  Place half of the oysters in a well-greased two
quart casserole.  Top with half of each of the remaining ingredients except
cream. Repeat layers. Pour cream over all and bake 30 minutes. Yield: 6
