5 md Potatoes
1/4 c Chopped onions
1 1/2 c Milk
1 tb Flour
1 ts Salt
1 c Grated cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel and thinly slice potatoes and arrange in a 3-quart glass casserole.
Sprinkle on flour, salt, and onions. Pour milk all over.  Dot with
margarine. Cover and cook on HIGH for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are
tender. Garnish with bacon bits and grated cheese. Let stand covered for
five minutes before serving.
