INSTRUCTIONS
Date: Mon, 25 Mar 96 13:05:40 EST submitted by: pchase@is.dal.ca (P. Chase, Halifax, Nova Scotia) Peel and thinly slice potatoes and arrange in a 3-quart glass casserole. Sprinkle on flour, salt, and onions. Pour milk all over. Dot with margarine. Cover and cook on HIGH for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with bacon bits and grated cheese. Let stand covered for five minutes before serving.
