INGREDIENTS

1/4 c Butter
2 tb Sugar
1 lg White cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 qt Hot beef bouillon
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Pepper
1/8 ts Allspice

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt butter in heavy kettle. Stir in sugar and cook until browned. Do not
scorch. Add cabbage and cook 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add remaining
