INSTRUCTIONS
Place half of cheese in bottom of buttered 9x13 pan. Saute mushrooms and
onions in butter until tender. Place over cheese. Spread ham over top.
Place rest of cheese over top. Beat eggs, milk, flour, parsley, and
seasoning salt. Pour evenly over casserole. Bake 350 for 45 minutes
