INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the lamb chops according to pack instructions. Heat one tablespoon of the olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes until well-browned and set aside. Mix together the fried onions with the rocket, parmesan, parsley, balsamic vinegar and rest of the olive oil.
