Boneless chicken breast; cooked, cut into 1/2 inch dice |

Green onion; thinly sliced |
INSTRUCTIONS
Bring broth, juice and rice to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Add cooked
chicken and simmer 5 minutes longer. Ladle out and garnish with green
onion.
