INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cream butter or margarine, sugar and vanilla in large bowl. Gradually add
flour and nuts. Beat at low speed until blended well. Chill dough for about
1 hour, or until firm enough to handle. Mold 1 tablespoon of dough around a
kiss. Be sure to cover the kiss completely. Place on ungreased cookie sheet
and bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cookies are set. Cookies will not be
browned. Cool slightly and while still warm roll in confectioner's sugar.
Yields about 36.
