INSTRUCTIONS
From: Fran <frich@TENET.EDU> Date: Tue, 20 Aug 1996 13:07:04 -0500 Toast sesame seeds in medium skillet over medium-low heat until golden brown, shaking skillet continuously (takes about 15 minutes). Transfer to large bowl; stir in poppy seeds, sage, flour and cayenne. Chop cheese in food processor with metal blade until very fine. Add flour, seasonings mixture and butter; process until dough forms ball. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface. Roll into 12-inch log. Chill dough in refrigerator 30 minutes. Cut dough into 1/8-inch slices and place on baking sheet. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and bake wafers until golden brown around edges, 10 - 12 minutes. Yield: about 5 dozen.
