INSTRUCTIONS
"This is an excellent alternative to onions with beef." Place potatoes and water in a large pot ans simmer over medium heat until potatoes are tender (about 30 minutes). Drain and mash potatoes. While potatoes are cooking, saute onion in oil for 2 minlutes. Add seitan and seasonings. Stir-fry 5 minutes longer. Serve seitan and onions over mashed potatoes. Serves 3.
