INGREDIENTS

Jalapenos (or any hot pepper of your choice) chopped fine |

Cloves (large) garlic; chopped fine |

Bunch green onions; thinly sliced |

Yellow onion; chopped fine |

Large; ripe tomatoes, diced |

Cilantro- as much or little as desired- finely chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Assemble in given order, ending with the cilantro on top. Toss all together
just before serving.
I've made this with all sorts of (red) tomatoes, plus a mixture of red and
yellow and orange tomatoes. Especially good made with the yellow tomato
"Lemon Boy." As many hot peppers plus garlic can be used as desired to
increase the heat level. Wonderful scooped up with blue corn chips!
