INSTRUCTIONS
Saute sesame seeds (dry w/ no oil) to a golden color. Put in blender &
process to a powder-like texture. Mix with sugar. (This makes sesame
sugar.) Mix flour with enough water to make a batter-like consistency; it
should not be too thin. Add baking powder and mix again. Remove banana
peels and slice bananas diagonally about 1-1/2 in. apart. Roll in
cornstarch. Heat oil to about 300 degrees. Dip banana pieces into batter,
then into hot oil. Remove when they turn a light golden brown. Put on a
plate and sprinkle with Sesame Sugar. Serve.
