INSTRUCTIONS

Mix honey and sugar in a sauce pan, cook on low heat until it bubbles.
Stir in the sesame till it starts to get brown.
Spread on a dry oiled marble top. Flatten with a rolling-pin while hot (1/2
inch thick), grease the rolling-pin with oil not to stick, cut in diamond
shapes, let cool. Take off the marble top with a hard spatula. Keep away
from humidity.
