INSTRUCTIONS
Cook Ramen Noodles in enough water to cover, adding flavor pkts. In a large
bowl, toss together ramen noodles, cabbage, chicken, celery, onions and
carrots. In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients until sugar
dissolves. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture and toss until all
ingreidents are well coated. Chill for 1 hour before serving. Refrigerate

Serving Ideas : Nice make-ahead pot-luck dish. Try using Savoy cabbage.
NOTES : Can use diced cooked turkey as substitute for chicken. This was
delicious.
