Thinly sliced mushrooms (4 ounces) |
INSTRUCTIONS
In wok or large skillet, toast sesame seeds over medium heat for 3 to 5
minutes or until golden brown. Set aside.
Add 2 tbsp. of the oil to wok; heat over high heat. Stir-fry garlic, salt
and pepper for about 10 seconds or until fragrant. Add spinach; stir-fry
for about 2 minutes or just until wilted. Remove to sieve. Drain well,
gently pressing out moisture; keep warm.
Drain and wipe wok dry; heat remaining oil. Stir-fry mushrooms for about 1
minute or just until limp. Add sesame seeds; remove from heat.
Place spinach in warmed serving bowl; sprinkle with mushroom mixture. Makes
