INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree. You may prefer to add a
little water for a thinner dressing. Use on salads, steamed vegetables, or
baked potatoes in place of butter or margarine.
This special, zesty dressing was developed by Joseph Forest, a professional
vegetarian chef.
