INGREDIENTS
| 1 | pk | (3-oz) lemon or lime gelatin |
| 1 | c | Hot water |
| 1 | c | 7-up |
| 2 | Bananas; mashed | |
| 2 | c | Miniature marshmallows |
| 1 | cn | (15.5-oz) crushed pineapple; drained; reserve juice |
| 1 | tb | Flour |
| 1/2 | c | Sugar |
| Pineapple juice | ||
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1/2 | pt | Cream; whipped |
| 1/4 | c | Chopped nuts |
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve gelatin in water. Add 7-up, banana, marshmallows and pineapple. Pour into 1-1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Combine flour, sugar and juice. Beat in egg. Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool. Add cream. Spread over gelatin. Sprinkle with nuts.
