Eggs, Dairy, Grains Salad 12 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 3-oz lemon or lime gelatin
1 c Hot water
1 c 7-up
2 Bananas, mashed
2 c Miniature marshmallows
1 15.5-oz crushed pineapple
drained reserve juice
1 T Flour
1/2 c Sugar
Pineapple juice
1 Egg
1/2 pt Cream, whipped
1/4 c Chopped nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve gelatin in water. Add 7-up, banana, marshmallows and
pineapple. Pour into 1-1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Combine
flour, sugar and juice. Beat in egg. Cook in double boiler until
thick. Cool. Add cream. Spread over gelatin. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill
