INGREDIENTS
1 | 3-oz lemon or lime gelatin | |
1 | c | Hot water |
1 | c | 7-up |
2 | Bananas, mashed | |
2 | c | Miniature marshmallows |
1 | 15.5-oz crushed pineapple | |
drained reserve juice | ||
1 | T | Flour |
1/2 | c | Sugar |
Pineapple juice | ||
1 | Egg | |
1/2 | pt | Cream, whipped |
1/4 | c | Chopped nuts |
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve gelatin in water. Add 7-up, banana, marshmallows and pineapple. Pour into 1-1/2 quart mold. Chill until firm. Combine flour, sugar and juice. Beat in egg. Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool. Add cream. Spread over gelatin. Sprinkle with nuts.
