4 tb Golden syrup
110 g Soft dark brown sugar; (4oz)
4 Bananas; peeled and sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

Boil up the brown sugar butter and golden syrup for the toffee sauce -
being carful not to burn the mix. In an ovenproof dish repeatedly layer the
toffee mix, the sliced bananas and filo layers, finishing with a layer of
banana slices and dust with icing sugar.
