INGREDIENTS

2 tb Butter
2 tb Flour
1/4 ts Pepper
1 ts Salt
8 oz Old Cheddar cheese; grated
1/2 c Fine bread crumbs tossed with:
1 tb Butter
1 ts Sugar
1 md Onion; finely chopped
1 c Sour cream
1 Bag (Large) frozen french style green beans

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook beans for about 2 minutes and drain.  Melt butter, add flour,
seasoning and stir. Add sour cream and onion. Spread over cooked green
beans in a shallow baking dish. Cover with grated cheese and crumbs. Bate
at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
