INSTRUCTIONS
Mix yeast with warm water and sugar in a 2-cup measure -- let stand 10
minutes.In food processor with metal blade in place, add flour, salt, and
oil to bowl. With machine running, slowly add yeast mixture and let machine
knead for 40-50 seconds.
Transfer dough to an oiled bowl and rotate so entire surface is oiled. Let
rise until doubled, 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Divide dough in half, roll to fit two
pizza pans. Top as desired -- can freeze one crust if two are too many.
