INGREDIENTS
| Potatoes; diced | ||
| Vegetable oil | ||
| Onion; diced | ||
| Garlic; minced | ||
| Tomato; diced | ||
| Jalapeno; minced | ||
| Jack cheese; shredded |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place a small amount of vegetable oil in skillet and saute potatoes until tender. Add onion and garlic. Saute until onion is translucent. Add tomato and jalapeno. Cook until tomato is softened.
