INGREDIENTS

Potatoes; diced |

Vegetable oil |
|

Onion; diced |

Garlic; minced |
|

Tomato; diced |

Jalapeno; minced |

Jack cheese; shredded |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place a small amount of vegetable oil in skillet and saute potatoes until
tender. Add onion and garlic. Saute until onion is translucent. Add tomato
and jalapeno. Cook until tomato is softened. Sprinkle with cheese.
