INSTRUCTIONS
Put the chocolate, sugar, corn syrup, salt, cream, and butter in a
saucepan. Stir over low heat. Allow the frosting to cook for a minute or
two, then remove from the heat and add the vanilla.
Cool slightly, and frost the eclairs.
This will cover about 12 eclairs or cream puffs of average size.
