6 Boneless chicken breasts
3 Cloves garlic; crushed
1/4 c Olive oil
1 Lemon; squeezed
1 tb Paprika
1 cn (6-oz) tomato paste
1 c Yogurt
2 tb Sumac (Lebanese spice; optional)
1 ts Salt
1 ts Pepper
1 ts Ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut chicken in small cubes. Mix remaining ingredients and marinate chicken
overnight (in refrigerator, or at least 2 hours). Thread chicken on skewers
and barbeque on charcoal grill or under broiler.
