INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle beef with sesame oil, saki, cornstarch, baking soda, soy sauce,
and sugar. Marinade 30 minutes.
Heat 3 Tablespoons oil in pan and add 3/4 teaspoon salt. Stir in onion and
stir fry for 2 minutes. Remove from pan. If you are using a wok, push
onions up on the sides.
Add pepper and stir fry 2 minutes and remove from pan or push up again on
the sides.
Heat 3 Tablespoons oil in same pan and add beef. Stir fry until the color
changes. Add vegetables and mix well for 1 minute.
Add chili paste. The longer you cook and stir with the chili paste, the
hotter it becomes.
NOTES : Add chili paste at the very end. Otherwise it will be too hot.
