INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350F. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Cream
butter and sugar until light. Mix in dry ingredients alternately with ale.
Add coconut, raisins and chocolate chips.
Drop dough onto greased cookie sheets by tablespoons. Sprinkle sugar over
cookies. Bake until edges are golden brown, about 10 minutes.
