INSTRUCTIONS
Steam shrimp, peel and set aside. In a nonstick saucepan, saut. onion,
pepper and spices. Add chicken broth. Stir in flour. Add rice and tomatoes.
Mix gently.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add shrimp, cover and simmer 10 minutes
more.
Makes 6 servings.
