INGREDIENTS
1/2 | c | Bottled stir-fry sauce |
3/4 | lb | Shrimp, cleaned deveined |
1 | T | Vegetable oil |
1/4 | c | water |
10 | Shredded red cabbage | |
10 | Shredded carrots | |
3 | Green onions, chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine 2 tablespoons stir-fry sauce and shrimp in small bowl. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and marinade; stir-fry 5 minutes. Remove shrimp. Add half of remaining marinade, 1/4 cup water, cabbage and carrots to the skillet; cook for 5 minutes while slowly adding remaining marinade. Add the shrimp and the green onion; heat through.
