1/4 | c | Freshly squeezed lemon juice |

3 | Hard-cooked eggs, coarsely | |

1/4 | c | Mayonnaise or salad dressing |
Lettuce cups |
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine shrimp, celery, and apples. Mix together lemon juice, salad oil, and salt, and add to shrimp mixture. Chill. Just before serving, add eggs and mayonnaise or salad dressing.
