INGREDIENTS

1/2 | c | Diced green pepper |
1/2 | c | Thinly sliced celery |
1 | Minced garlic clove | |

2 1/4 | c | 18oz tomato juice |
1 | 8oz tomato sauce | |
1 | T | Sugar |
1 | t | Salt |
1/2 | t | Crushed marjoram |
1 | T | Cornstarch |
2 | T | Water |
1 1/2 | lb | Cooked shrimp, 3 cups |

INSTRUCTIONS
Saute' onion, green pepper, celery & garlic in butter over low heat until tender but not browned, about 15 minutes. Stir in tomato juice & sauce, sugar, salt & marjoram; heat thoroughly. Combine cornstarch & water, stir into tomato mixture & cook 3-5 minutes until thickened. Stir in shrimp; heat mixture to serving temperature.
