Fresh shrimp; cleaned and deveined |

Olive oil |

Garlic cloves; finely chopped |

Packed freshly chopped parsley |

Dry white wine |

Salt and pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add parsley and shrimp
and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add the wine and cook until
the shrimp are done, about 3-5 minutes (do not overcook). Add salt and
pepper to taste.
