Shrimp, To post 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 lb Fresh shrimp, cleaned and
deveined
1/4 c Olive oil
4 Garlic cloves, finely
chopped
1/2 c Packed freshly chopped
parsley
1/2 c Dry white wine
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add parsley and
shrimp and cook for 2 minutes over medium-high heat. Add the wine and
cook until the shrimp are done, about 3-5 minutes (do not overcook).
