1 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Onion, minced
1/4 c Chili sauce
2 tb Parsley, minced
1/2 c Heavy cream; whipped
Lettuce

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
Dressing: Mix mayo, onion, chili sauce and parsley. Let stand to mellow, 1
hr. Fold in whipped cream. Place shrimp on a bed of greens and dress.
