INSTRUCTIONS
SNAPPY SAUCE
On each skewer, place one shrimp, a chunk of lettuce, a second shrimp and a
lemon wedge. Serve immediately with Snappy Sauce or chill until ready to
serve.
SNAPPY SAUCE: In a small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill
until ready to serve.
