Finely chopped chives or green onion tops Black pepper to taste |

Vodka Cooked shrimp for dipping |
INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together all ingredients but shrimp in a small bowl until combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate several hours for the flavors to blend. *
The dip may be refrigerated overnight, if desired. Before serving, place
the dip in a serving bowl and surround with shrimp. Makes 3-1/2 cups.
