INSTRUCTIONS
Peel and chop garlic and mushrooms. Heat olive oil in frying pan. Fry dried
chilli, bayleaf and garlic for 2 minutes. Add in mushrooms.
Cook for 5 minutes. Pour over white wine. Discard chilli. Add in tomatoes
oregano, salt and pepper.
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti in boiling,
salted water till tender. Drain and serve with mushroom sauce.
