INGREDIENTS
2 | lb | Pork spareribs |
2 | c | Water |
4 | T | Soy sauce |
1 | t | Salt |
2 | T | Sherry |
1 | t | Sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut ribs apart; then with a cleaver, chop each, bone and all, in 1-inch sections. Place in a heavy pan with cold water, soy sauce and salt. Bring to a boil, then simmer, covered, 1 hour. Drain well.
