INGREDIENTS
| 2 | pk | Home-style fluffy white frosting mix; (7.2-ounce) |
| 1/3 | c | All-purpose flour |
| 1/4 | ts | Salt |
| 1/2 | c | Milk |
| 2 | tb | Butter or margarine; melted |
| 1 | ts | Vanilla extract |
| 3 | lg | Eggs |
| 1 1/3 | c | Flaked coconut |
| 2 | tb | Chopped maraschino cherries; (optional) |
INSTRUCTIONS
Beat together frosting mix and next 6 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in flaked coconut and, if desired, chopped maraschino cherries. Pour mixture into a greased and floured 13- x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes; cover with aluminum foil, and bake 5 to 10 more minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares. Serve warm.
