INSTRUCTIONS
Beat together frosting mix and next 6 ingredients at medium speed with an
electric mixer 2 minutes or until well blended. Stir in flaked coconut and,
if desired, chopped maraschino cherries. Pour mixture into a greased and
floured 13- x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes; cover with aluminum foil, and bake 5 to
10 more minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cut into squares. Serve warm. Makes 12 to 15 servings.
