Seafood Chinese Fish 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 2-lb fish
4 up to
6 T Oil
Soy sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare fish as in steps 1 and 2 of "Basic Braised Soy Fish". Heat
oil. Brown fish quickly on both sides over high heat. Reduce heat to
medium and fry fish until done (about 5 minutes on each side). Remove
from pan. Sprinkle generously with soy sauce and serve.  From <The
